We all have a major job to do — to stay brain fit. And it won’t be easy… but it won’t be too hard either. It’s about learning new habits, learning to do new things (not just variations of what we already know), and taking some mental leaps that may appear a little intimidating at first.
Apart from your family and work obligations, what else have you done to challenge yourself lately? Brain fitness isn’t an all academic exercise. As Bonnie has often told me, “move a muscle and the mind will follow”. Pick up a new habit that can be turned into a skill today.
